DESCRIPTION

The Mach 1 MV 110 TD hits the sweet spot for advanced level skiers with medium volume feet that are looking for a more relaxed, all-mountain high-performance boot. Grounded in the fundamentals of high-performance ski boot design, the MV 110 features T-Drive technology which is a revolutionary shell to cuff connection that allows the boot to function in a much more efficient way. This results in a smoother more consistent flex, better performance and less energy required to ski at a high level. When you add the Asymmetrical Power Transmission shell and cuff design to the equation you get a boot that gives you a great level of control which makes you feel completely at home in any type of terrain or snow condition. Fit is priority number one in the MV 110 and Custom Adaptive Shape C.A.S. technology is the way we achieve it. Developed with an anatomically shaped shell and liner, the C.A.S. technology provides a great fit right out of the box but allows the boots to have a high level of customization if need be. Get ready to send it to the next level.

  • C.A.S. SHELL
    • The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
  • SHELL FEATURES
    • Anatomic and precise shape
    • Easier and faster thermo-forming
    • Easy customization
  • SHELL CUSTOMIZATION
    • PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
    • Polyether material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
    • GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
    • The shell can be ground in problem fit areas.
  • C.A.S. LINER
    • C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.
  • LINER FEATURES
    • Anatomic and precise shape
    • Dual density pre-shaped thermoformed microcell material
    • Great out-of-the box fit
    • Enhanced sensitivity
  • LINER CUSTOMIZATION
    • THERMO-SHAPING
      • Liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 minutes.
  • PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
    • Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas.
  • GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
    • Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas.
  • FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME)
    • Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.
  • T-DRIVE
  • DRIVE PRECISION
    • The T-Drive dynamic carbon connector creates a longer lever arm compared to traditional ski boots. This allows:
    • Quicker edge to edge transitions.
    • Increased lateral power and stability.
    • Edge drive precision.
  • PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY
    • The T-Drive Technology creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell, that supports the boot flex and avoids plastic deformation. This means reduced energy dissipation and a more efficient power transmission.
  • ENHANCED COMFORT
    • Comfort comes from many places in the new Mach1 MV. The T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of temperatures, keeping the shape unchanged and a more consistent fit. The T-Drive support also allows the use of softer plastics, without compromising performances but making the boots easier to get on and off.
  • LIFT LOCK BUCKLES
    • Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don't catch while getting in or out of your boots.
  • ASYMMETRIC POWER TRANSMISSION
    • The revolutionary asymmetrical concept is based on a different thickness of the shell and liner structures. The inside of the shell is slightly thicker and stiffer and the outside of the shell is thinner and more flexible.
  • BENEFITS:
    • Increased lateral power transmission
    • Increased edge grip
    • Increased sensitivity
    • Faster and more controlled edge to edge transition
    • Anti-scratch finishing for higher durability
  • CELLIANT®
    • Celliant liner is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This results in improved warmth, performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery. Lambswool offers additional insulation.

Fit

  • Last: 100 mm – A mid-volume last designed for average feet.
  • C.A.S. Shell – The C.A.S. shell has an anatomical shape that matches the foot shape. This allows for a better out-of-the-box fit. Dimples on the shell reduce surface tension and facilitate the thermo customization process, making it easier for a bootfitter to modify the shell to fit your foot.
  • C.A.S. Tongue – The C.A.S. Tongue can be thermoformed in a few minutes to perfectly match the shape of your shin.

Last - 100 mm
Flex -

  • Flex: 110 – Power transmission and control in all terrain for intermediate to advanced all-mountain skiers, or lighter weight expert skiers.
  • T-Drive Technology – T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of the temperature, keeping the shape unchanged which provides a more consistent fit. T-Drive also creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell that supports the boot flex, avoids plastic deformation, and increases precision and power.

Liner

  • Performance C.A.S. Liner – C.A.S. liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and great heel hold. The dual density micro-cell material is durable, easy to customize, and has a low pack-out rate maintaining a great fit over a longer period of time. For unmatched personal customization the C.A.S. liner can be thermo-molded, punched, and ground.
  • Celliant® Insulation – Celliant is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This results in improved performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery.

Shell –

  • Shell – C.A.S. Polyester
  • Cuff – Polyolefine
  • Quick Instep – The instep material is softer making stepping in and out easy and avoiding unnecessary pain, especially at low temperatures.
  • Asymmetric Power Transmission – The inside of the boot is made with thicker plastic to increase support where needed. This provides more lateral power transmission and increased edge grip.

Stance -

  • Double Canting Screwed
  • 12˚ Forward Lean

  • Bootboard - C.A.S. Boot Board – The removable C.A.S. boot board offers plenty of thickness for grinding and a grid pattern for reference.

Buckles -

  • 4 Aluminum Micro-Adjustable Buckles
  • Lift Lock Buckles – The lift lock system makes your life easier by automatically keeping the buckles open while you step in and out of the boots.
