Sturtevants 2019 Spring Fling at Crystal Mountain

2019 Spring Fling Demo Day at Crystal Mountain - Sponsored by Sturtevant’s

Saturday March 30th 2019

We will have space for Walk-Up registration. Please see event details below.

Don't miss your chance to try out next year’s gear at the biggest demo of the season. Over 15 ski and snowboard manufacturers will be set up in front of the Crystal Mountain Snowsports School and Repair Shop on the East Peak Plaza.

Since pre-registration is closed, the following steps have been slightly modified;

  1. Show up for Spring Fling at Crystal.
  2. Check in and registration will open at 8:00am in the main lodge on the patio level.
  3. Check in with Sturtevant’s Demo team.
    • We will have a line for pre-registered participants.
    • We will have a line for walk-up registration.
    • SKIERS: Our technicians will confirm your boot sole length (so please have your ski boots with you)
    • SNOWBOARDERS: You will receive your DIN card which allows you to check out demos. (Boot size not required)
    • Have a current ID (driver license, passport) to leave with us while you demo skis or snowboards.
    • DO NOT LOSE YOUR DIN CARD. That is required to check out demos. It is also required to get your ID back when you are done.
    • Demos must be returned to vendor tents NO LATER than 3:00pm. Participants will be charged for lost or damaged equipment.
    • PLEASE... be sure to return your demo equipment to vendors during your lunch or extended breaks.
**IMPORTANT: Making your donation to PNSEF and returning your waiver via email will save your spot for the demo UNTIL 11:00am. After 11:00am we cannot guarantee you a space.

**Participants will be able to pay and complete the Demo/waiver at Crystal on the day of the event. Space is limited.

**Completing your waiver ahead of time does not guarantee your position in line, nor does it guarantee your demo. Demos are distributed on first come, first served basis.

These are expert level skis and snowboards (no poles or boots). Skis and snowboards must be switched out every one to two runs in order to test as many as you want and so everyone can have a turn testing. No junior equipment is available.

Ski boots with (AT) Alpine Touring soles will limit your ski selection due to binding compatibility. We recommend Alpine soles for this event if you have the option.

Our vendors bring their full demo fleets for you to choose from and they can help you select skis and snowboards to test. There is no guarantee for selection of model or length. Spring Fling is a great way to test out skis or snowboards and have a great time supporting the Pacific Northwest Ski Education Foundation.
