The K2 Recon 130 MV GW Ski Boots are a super stiff, high performance boot for serious inbounds riders who want the most power transfer, response, and adjustability out of their footwear. The 98mm shell and liner are fully heat moldable to get the best fit for your foot, and the boot comes with high end features like a cinching Power Strap and preinstalled GripWalk outsoles. For such a burly resort boot with this kind of flex rating the Recon 130's are crazy light, weighing in at just 1700g, so you don't even have to change out of them on your way to your après ski ballet lesson. Or maybe you do; we know a lot about skiing but ballet remains a mystery.

Made with four different stiffnesses of TPU and optimized wall thickness profiling, the Powerlite Shell achieves a paradoxical balance of lightweight agility and power. - PowerFuse SpYne – A rear co-injected “Y” shaped design that adds strength and power to the Energy Interlock, the PowerFuse SpYne maximizes fore/aft flex efficiency and lateral stiffness for sustained performance and responsiveness in all terrain. Because of the SpYne, K2 is able to optimize materials in the cuff and shell, eliminating excessive vibrations in rough terrain.
