How can I know about prices and products before I shop?
The sale is IN-STORES ONLY and not online. The products we show here are only a small portion of what is in our stores because our website is under construction.
What about DEMO SKIS?
Sorry, we're not selling the Demo skis this season. Due to Covid-19 there is a shortage of 2021-22 demo skis, so we are keeping the demo fleet at this time.
Can I make an appointment?
During the sale we're ONLY taking appts for Custom Boot Modifications. See APPOINTMENT page book your boot modifications.
Shopping at the Progressive Sale will be first-come, first-served. We are operating at limited capacity mandated by our area (Bellevue and Tacoma). We want to accomodate you as best we can, so please be patient. Please follow our safety protocol when you are in our stores.
We will do our best to accommodate you and will reply within 24-hours.
Can I make a purchase over the phone?
Yes. Please email or give us a call. We can help you choose items and make purchases over the phone. Not all items will be at all available at all stores. Your purchases can be shipped for free (over $50) or we can arrange for curbside pickup.
Can you put something on HOLD for me?
No, during our sales we do not hold items. If you make a purchase over the phone, those items can be ready for you to pick up or we can ship for free (over $50).
What other deals will you have during the sale?
This year when you make a purchase you'll get your SPRING AHEAD COUPON to come back and shop May 1-31.
What is your return policy?
During the Progressive Sale: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you purchase an item that is not discounted, then our regular return/exchange policy applies.
