COVID-19 UPDATE – Limited Reopening + Curbside Service

To Our Sturtevant's Community,
Yes, you can shop inside our stores.
Please be patient and understand that all of our work is to limit the spread of the virus and risks associated.
What to expect:
- Our staff members are working extra hard to keep everything clean and sanitized.
- Customers are required to wear a mask. We will provide you with a disposable mask if needed.
- Limited customer capacity. You may need to wait your turn to shop inside, so please be patient during our re-opening. We also ask that customers limit their shopping time to 30 minutes.
- Please maintain social distancing for our staff and other shoppers.
We are doing our part to limit the spread of the virus and risks associated, which has been our highest priority from the onset. Please visit sturtevants.com/ to order retail goods online and we will resume packing and shipping online orders as quickly as possible. Any notes left in the order, such as "I would like to pick this item up in Bellevue" will be read by a human, so please feel free to mention that in your order.

- Custom Ski Boot fitting is extremely limited at this time. Please email to find out if your boot fitting situation falls within our safety guidelines.
- Tennis racquet stringing and racquet pick up.

- Shop services include tuning, binding mounts and testing.

What If I Still Need To Return Season Rental Equipment?
- Please return your rental equipment.
- Bellevue Ski Mart: Tuesday - Thursday from 11:00am - 6:00pm
- Tacoma Ski Mart: Tuesday - Saturday from 11:00am - 6:00pm
- Pre-Paid reservations for next season. We are extending the pre-paid discount into the early fall, due to the complicated reservation system. You can also make your reservation online.
Yes, we will be having SkiBonkers this August. We’re still working on a safe plan for our annual mega-sale. Stay tuned and make sure you’re getting our email to the right in-box or follow us on Facebook and Instagram for SkiBonkers alerts.
Online Orders, shipping, and in-store pick up
- Yes! We are fulfilling orders.
- You can request pickup at our stores, or get free shipping on most orders over $50.
- At this time, most orders are being shipped out within one week.
- We are not able to expedite orders. We are doing everything we can to offer the same level of customer service online as we do in-store.

Has The Return Policy Changed Due To The Closures?
- Online purchases made during this time will have a 30 day return window from the date our stores reopened (May 6).
- Purchases made before our stores closed have a 30-day window from May 6.
