K2 Skis

K2 Skis

K2 Skis

For the past half century, Washington’s K2 Sports has been producing standard-bearing skis. Few ski manufacturing companies have been able to rival K2’s craftsmanship or innovation.

That’s because K2’s product development team has consistently implemented feedback from their elite factory team skiers and Pacific Northwest locals. As a result, their ski lines accommodate people of every ability and experience level--from powder-hungry freeskiers to park skiers to backcountry AT skiers.

K2 Skis feature the company’s patented Konic Technology. In an effort to keep skis wide and reduce swing weight, K2’s product engineers added dense material to the core along the skis’ edges and used lighter core material in the skis’ centers.

K2 Men’s Skis

K2 Men’s Skis come in five categories: All-Mountain, Freeride, Backcountry, Piste, and Freestyle. You can search their ski lines, filtering by discipline, then click to read K2’s product description, tech spec, and our customers’ reviews.

Typically K2 Men’s Skis run in waist widths between 70mm to 120mm with their world-famous powder skis, the Pontoon Ski, topping out between 122mm and 157mm. While K2 is renown for making freeride and all-mountain skis, they’ve also created an ultra-light all-backcountry line for backcountry freeskiers, alpine tourers, and ski mountaineers. Inspired by their factory team, K2 also has released a line of freestyle skis.

K2 Women’s Skis

Few ski manufacturers have such a strong reputation for supporting professional female skiers and producing athlete-inspired, hard-charging women’s skis like K2. Ounce for ounce, K2 Women’s Skis pack the same punch that the men's’ skis do. They’re just a little bit lighter, narrower, and shorter.

When you explore their ski lines, you’ll discover the products categorized by the same disciplines: All-Mountain, Freeride, Backcountry, Piste, and Freestyle. Regardless of your skill level and skiing background, you’ll be able to find a K2 that works for you.
